In addition, the existence of temperature gradient will produce welding stress. In this way, the mechanical properties of the weld area are lower than that of the base material, and the physical seamlessness is that the weld area is heated to AC3(927 ° C) by the local conventional heat treatment process of the weld, that is, the medium frequency induction heating device is used, and then the air cooling process of 60m length and speed is 20m/ min is carried out, and the water is cooled when necessary. The application of this method can achieve the purpose of relieving the stress, softening and refining the structure, and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welding heat affected zone.
